I am having a clear out of the plants from my home grown section which are ‘less than best’ or otherwise not in the quality condition I would be happy to list just yet (but I desperately need the space!).
These plants will have flaws, need some TLC or are only suitable for a propagation project. If you want to get a bit of practice in with plant propagation/rehabbing and grab a bargain to help grow your collection then these bundles are for you.
We would really like to emphasise that these are project plants with various imperfections, we have tried to make this as clear as possible in the photos. We do not accept refunds on these bargain bundles.
Bundle contains 7 plants, at £30 it works out at £4.29 per plant:
ZZ Raven. Well rooted in soil in an 8cm diameter nursery pot (is bursting out slightly). Has some cosmetic damage to leaves.
If you wanted to bulk the plant our more and encourage growth from the base you could take fresh cuttings from these two stems, root them and then repot them by all together. A good project for someone willing to put some time and effort in to this plant. Also needs a repot.
Philodendron Pittieri plant grown from cuttings/wet sticks. Well rooted in moss in approx 12cm diameter pot. May be slightly discoloured from too much light exposure. Would appreciate a repot in to soil and something to climb.
Syngonium Mojito. Several plants in one pot, half are now reverted to green and half are still nicely variegated. May have some other signs of cosmetic damage. Rooted in soil in an approx 13cm nursery pot.
Philodendron Gloriousum. Grown from wet stick, Rooting in soil in 12cm diameter nursery pot. Lower leaves were removed due to cosmetic damage.
Philodendron Camposportoanum, several cuttings rooted in soil in an approx 13cm diameter nursery pot. Mother leaves are a bit lanky and may yellow and drop off after using their energy for new growth.
Philodendron Burle Marx. Leaves have quite a bit of yellowing which I believe is a combination of being too close to the lights and also this plant is quite root bound so could really do with a repot (it is also a bit lanky because of this). If you wanted to give it a bigger pot and then completely chop it back it would reward you with new, healthy growth in no time. Rooted in moss in an 8cm diameter nursery pot.
Philodendron Subhastatum. Rooted in moss in an 8cm diameter nursery pot. Needs a lot of TLC. I would probably reccomend chopping up and starting again, prefers a medium level of light to avoid yellowing and discolouration.
