We are back from our Christmas break! Thank you for bearing with us while we took some time away.

We have been holding off increasing our postage prices over the last 4 years despite multiple price increases from Royal Mail and our packaging suppliers.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to absorb these extra costs. We don't want to compromise on the quality our eco-friendly packaging materials or switch to a less reliable courier. So have made the decision to alter our shipping options to these listed below:

Our RM 24hr postage option has now been upgraded to a fully tracked service. This is a flat rate of £6.99 (no matter the size or weight of the parcel).

A new 48hr tracked option has been added for £5.50 this service is ideal for non perishable items or hardy plants like cacti/some succulents. We do not recommend selecting this service for delicate houseplants. We will be monitoring the results of this service on a trial basis.

As always, heat packs are included free of charge for orders over £40 (just leave a note at checkout requesting one).

Orders over £75 now qualify for free RM 24hr tracked postage.
